We moved to Tucson from out of state and flew in twice for a few days each time to look for a home. Jackie was patient, focused, very efficient, and an excellent guide. Jackie made the whole process much less stressful with her knowledge, years of experience, and positive energy. I got Jackie's name from my brother. It's hard to say properly good things about Jackie and Brian. Jackie's a realtor saint. She's been in the business forever and knows all the best contacts in the city for everything from inspection services to title companies. She's an aggressively good negotiator, having got me my house at a fair bit below market value despite competing offers through engaging the agent of the sellers and polishing the offer to look excellent. She's also willing to really put the work in to close a deal; I remember her showing up to meet me in front of my apartment at 7:30 PM on a weekday with a stack of papers to physically sign for an offer when the online services were down. Brian rounds the pair out with over a decade's work in construction, so he can answer most questions about properties she might be uncertain about as well as being a certified realtor himself. They're both very responsive (though clearly busy) and highly professional.

We first met Jackie over a year ago during a vacation visit to Tucson, when we decided to look at an open house we drove up on while checking the area out. Jackie then took the time, several hours, to show us various properties in different locations to give us a good sampling of the different areas of Tucson. She kept in touch after we went back home to Chicago and recommended a Realtor in our area who turned out to be excellent as well. We sold our house within a few days. Then Jackie assisted us in securing a furnished rental home in Oro Valley to base in while we looked for our forever Tucson home. We looked at many homes and found a great property very close to the Saguaro National Park West which was a dream come true. Jackie assisted us in the mortgage process which went very smooth. I cannot heap enough praise on Jackie. They are a great team with Brian providing a great deal of advice on the structural elements of a house, especially since I knew very little on authentic adobe houses. You cannot go wrong with this team!
